Equipment
Most of the equipment I needed was included in the kit I received (except for base and top coats).- Base coat
- Nail polish
- 'Caviar' beads
- Tray (for containing beads)
- Funnel (small enough to fit in the beads bottle)
- Top coat
Step 1 - Apply a base coat to nice, clean nails. Then apply 1 coat of you chosen coloured nail polish and let it dry.
Step 2 - Get your tray ready and open the bottle containing the beads.
Step 3 - WORKING ONE NAIL AT A TIME! Apply a second coat of nail polish, or if you are doing a design, apply clear nail polish to the area you want the beads on.
Step 4 - While the coat is still wet, pour the beads out of the bottle and on to you nail, any beads that fall off will be collected in the tray. Neaten up the beads on you nail and press them in to the nail polish to secure them.
Step 5 - Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each nail.
Step 6 - Apply a top coat to seal the beads into place, leave them to dry for about 15-20 minutes.
All done! Don't the beads add a certain allure to your nails? Now it's time to re-fill the bottle so you get as many manicures out of that bottle as possible.
Step 1 - Place the funnel inside the beads bottle.
Step 2 - Collect the beads into one corner of the tray.
Step 3 - Gently pour the beads into the funnel, if the beads are not going in try to gently lift up the funnel - but don't take the end out of the bottle or else they will just fall out!
There, now it is all done! Enjoy your finished look :D
